Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate email with tracking information once it ships.

Shipping Time
We fulfill orders from our partner's US-based warehouse network. Estimated delivery times are:
- United States & Canada: 2-7 business days
- All other supported destinations: delivery times may be longer depending on location and customs processing

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order, and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs, weather, or high order volume.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, though we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.
