Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us at ecomcentremc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Change of Mind
Because our products are sourced and shipped on a per-order basis, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect size/color selections made at checkout, or simply no longer wanting an item. Please review product details and variant options carefully before completing your purchase.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us at ecomcentremc@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed for shipment, we're unable to cancel or modify it.
