Yes, every order shipping within Canada or the U.S. ships free, no minimum required.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and most orders arrive within 7–14 business days. Please allow a little extra time during the holiday season.
Yes, you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns & exchanges
What to do if something isn't quite right.
Changed your mind? Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us a photo within 30 days and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, with no need to send it back.
Email us with your order number before sending anything back. We'll reply with the return address and instructions within one business day.
Yes. Return the unused item within 30 days as described above, then place a new order for the colour or size you'd like.
